Putting Trial Experience to Work
I am running for Montgomery County Common Pleas Judge because Montgomery County needs judges who are experienced, hardworking, and that have the right temperament to get things done fairly, consistently and efficiently. I believe that judges should promote public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary without regard to a person’s race, gender, or other personal characteristics.
I currently operate law offices in Dayton and Xenia and I focus on the very types of cases most often in front of the Common Pleas Court. I have personally handled over 400 criminal and civil cases in the Montgomery County Courts in the past three years. I am also licensed to practice in Federal Court for the Southern District of Ohio as well as in the Supreme Court of the United States.
In addition to my private practice, I also serve as Special Prosecutor for the City of Xenia, Special Prosecutor for the City of Miamisburg, and an adjunct professor for Sinclair Community College. I have received the Martindale-Hubbell Platinum Client Champion Award and I was named a Rising Star for 2020 by Super Lawyers.
I have represented people from all walks of life and I have always attempted to treat everyone fairly, with courtesy and respect. If elected, I will ensure this occurs in my courtroom as well.
My experience as a defense attorney, prosecutor, and civil litigator is the type of experience needed as a Common Pleas Judge.
